It is crucial the waste hauler, or transporter have the proper licensing to haul the waste oil from the restaurant. Like registration stickers provided by the DMV, all servicers must have an up to date sticker posted on the front windshield. This sticker has a circular shape given by the state and will have a serial number solely for that vehicle, similar to an automobile license plate.
