We offer professional restaurant management solutions, including grease trap cleaning & maintenance. All services are provided as per the specifications and requirements agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

Grease Trap & Interceptor Cleaning: Regular cleaning to ensure optimal performance and prevent blockages.

Repair Services: Timely repairs for grease traps, interceptors, and Baffle T components to maintain efficiency.

Replacement: Full grease trap replacement when repairs are no longer viable.

Cooking Oil Disposal: Safe collection and disposal of used cooking oil in compliance with regulations.

Service Agreements

Booking & Scheduling: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We aim to adhere to the agreed schedule, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, equipment failure) may occur. We will inform you promptly in case of any such delays.

Grease Trap Cleaning: Our team will clean your grease traps according to industry standards. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with access to the grease trap location. Any obstructions or unsafe conditions that prevent us from performing our duties may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Restaurant Management Services: Our restaurant management services cover consultation, operational support, and management advisory. These services are outlined in individual contracts and may vary based on your specific needs.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Payments must be made as per the terms of the service agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services.

Late Fees: A late fee may be charged if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe. The company reserves the right to discontinue services if payments remain outstanding.

Service Fees: The pricing for services will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Additional charges may apply for special circumstances (e.g., emergency services, after-hours requests).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your property due to your failure to comply with safety regulations or provide proper access to grease traps or other areas requiring service.

Service Disruptions: In case of equipment failure or other disruptions beyond our control, we will make every effort to complete the service at the earliest convenience.

Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or business information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or on our website.
